The annual IME West trade show and exposition begins today in Anaheim, California. The IME West event is made up of five different advanced manufacturing expos all under one roof. Dennis Lauzon - Chief Revenue Officer
Dennis and his team work with clients to take projects from “Concept to Commercialization”. The first step is evaluating a project's fit at Bixby and then utilizing the fast, iterative Bixby Development Process to take the project through initial prototypes, scale up, and on to full-scale production. Dennis has over 30 years of experience in the plastics industry with the bulk of those years driving new business development. He began his career at Dow Chemical and then moved on to work for Merquinsa SA before finding his home at Bixby. Hal Panabaker - Global Industry Manager
Hal works with his team to provide films that improve performance, reduce waste, lower costs, or otherwise enable customers to expand their business. He has been involved in researching, manufacturing, marketing, and selling plastic products for most of his career, starting with DuPont polymers and then moving to Dow polyethylene before heading up Bixby’s durable films business.

Brad Sir - Western Region Account Manager
Brad works with the rest of the Bixby Team in understanding the specific needs of our clients and transitioning those ideas into exciting new products. He is happy to work with customers to help them find a solution for their plastics applications. In his seven years with Bixby he has worked closely with companies from various industries including medical, orthopedic, recreational equipment (such as ski and snowboard protective films), as well as working on development for sustainable material projects with our R&D team.
