When you walk into the doors of the Bixby International offices, to the left you will see the conference room windows with the phrase etched around it, “Great People Building a Great Company”. To some, this may be a cliché or a familiar line that you feel like you’ve heard somewhere. However, after spending some time with the employees at Bixby you will realize, it is a way of life here. There is a daily collaborative effort from every member of this team from our extruders to the engineers, from shipping to sales, and everywhere in between. What has created this sense of comradery and desire to build a great company together is the focus on the Core Values. Oftentimes companies develop these values to ‘check a box’ or as a marketing tool to interest potential hires but that is unfortunately where the development of these values ends.
